Do I have to use a template?
Yes, the template shows the location of the eyelets and the parts that get wrapped around the main body as a guide, so please be sure to use it. You can download it from our website.
What resolution should the image be created at?
We recommend a resolution of 72-150 dpi when placed in Illustrator, but this will vary depending on the quality of the original image. The image state in the 1:1 preview in Illustrator will be the print image, so please check it before submitting.
Can I only submit data in Illustrator format?
As a general rule, we require data to be submitted in Illustrator format, however, data other than Illustrator may be possible if the outline can be captured, so please contact us before submitting your data.
Cancellation Policy
I'd like to change the shipping address.
You can change the date before the acceptance date is confirmed. However, you cannot change the date on the day of shipment or if the item has already been shipped.
Is it possible to replace the data I have submitted?
Yes, it is possible if the data check is not completed. If the printing process has already started, we cannot accept your request. Even if you cancel, you will still be required to pay the full amount.
About the design
I don't have a logo, slogan, illustrations, etc., can you create one for me?
Yes, we can make it for you. We will provide a separate quote based on your design plan, so please feel free to contact us.
I don't have any Ai data for my company logo, will jpg data be okay?
Depending on the design, we may be able to provide high-resolution jpg data, but we generally ask that you provide us with Ai data.
It is often used on business cards, company brochures, etc., so be sure to check.
If I order multiple designs in one order, will it be cheaper?
Yes, we can offer a discount. If you are ordering multiple designs, we will discuss the design fee according to the number of designs.

About printing
Can I use spot colors?
Special colors cannot be used. However, if you specify the DIC or Pantone color when printing, we will try to match the color closely. If you want an exact color, be sure to use the color proofing option.
What kind of ink and printer do you use?
We have a wide range of machines for water-based pigments, solvents, latex and sublimation inks.
For indoor printing, fine-particle water-based pigment printers that are capable of reproducing delicate colors are often used.
It has excellent reproducibility for soft images and human skin, resulting in prints with a warmth.
You can also choose between CMYK or RGB inks and print to suit your image with 12 colors: MBK (Matte Black), PM (Photo Magenta), PC (Photo Cyan), GY (Gray), and PGY (Photo Gray).
We also have several solvent-based printers in operation. Each has its own characteristics, so we start by selecting the model that best suits your needs.
It is often used when printing long-term or outdoor specifications, and prints using eight colors of ink as a base.
In addition, by using white ink, it is possible to print on transparent media with a highly appealing effect.
Regarding latex ink, I think there are many people who are still not very familiar with it and are asking about it for the first time.
As the name suggests, it uses rubber-based ink and belongs to water-based printing machines.
It has excellent abrasion resistance, eliminating the problem of ink peeling off when printing on conventional tarpaulins, etc.
It also has the advantage of being odorless and can be used immediately after printing, even when used indoors.
It is ideal for places where odors are a concern, such as restaurants.
Conventional solvent-based inks could not be stored with printed surfaces stacked, but latex inks can be folded and stored compactly, making them easier to manage.
