Cancellation Policy Once an order has been placed, cancellations due to customer reasons cannot be accepted.
In the case of an exchange, we will only exchange the same product if the product is defective upon receipt.
In addition, an additional fee will be charged for data replacement.
Returns and Defective Products We do not accept returns of good products. (We pay close attention to the inspection, but in the unlikely event of a defect, we will exchange the product for a good one. However, this only applies to unused products.)
For products over 300,000 yen, we will provide full compensation and a new product compensation.
If the product you received appears to be defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. If the defect is due to our deficiency, we will re-produce it as soon as possible. In that case, we would like you to return the defective product, and we apologize for the inconvenience. (We will cover the shipping costs.)
However, we cannot be held responsible for defects caused by deficiencies in the data you submit, so please be sure to check the data thoroughly before submitting it. When complete data is provided, our data check means checking the overall picture of the data (whether the design fits within the printing frame and cutting dimensions, whether extreme color % is set, etc.) before proceeding to the printing process, and details such as typos and omissions in the design are not what we mean by data check, so please be aware of this in advance.
Delivery time

Delivery times vary for each product.
Please check the delivery time on each product page. Delivery times may be delayed due to reasons such as manufacturer stock shortages, product sales suspension, and shipping delays. In addition, we may not be able to arrange for products due to shortages or discontinuation. We cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the actual delivery of the product is later than the stated delivery time. If you are in a hurry to receive the delivery, please call or contact us before placing your order.
We ask that you place your order with plenty of time in mind. Please note that shipments may be delayed around holidays such as the New Year's holidays, Golden Week, and summer holidays.
The shipping company will generally ship the product via Sagawa Express. (*If the product is shipped directly from the manufacturer, it may be shipped by another shipping company.) Please note that time designation does not guarantee or guarantee delivery. If the delivery destination is a corporation, we do not accept time designations.
*Same-day shipping is possible if the order procedure is completed by 3:00 p.m. (after the order form is returned and payment is confirmed).
