Refund policy

We do not accept returns of non-defective products. (We inspect our products carefully, but in the unlikely event of a defect, we will exchange the product for a non-defective product. However, this only applies to unused products.)
For products over 300,000 yen, we will provide a full refund or a replacement product.

If you believe that the product you received is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

If there is a defect due to our negligence, we will re-produce the product as soon as possible. In that case, we would like you to return the defective product. (We will cover the shipping costs.)
However, we cannot be held responsible for defects caused by incomplete data submitted, so please make sure to check the data thoroughly before submitting it.

When complete data is provided to us, our data check consists of a confirmation of the overall picture of the data before proceeding to the printing process (such as whether the design fits within the printing frame and cutting dimensions, and whether extreme color percentages are not set, etc.).Please note that this does not include details such as typos and omissions in the design, which constitutes a data check.
