2. Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the product.
Please refer to the delivery time estimates listed on each product page.
Please note that the dates listed are only estimates. There may be delays due to out-of-stock items, shipping delays, etc. Also, we may not be able to arrange for products to be shipped due to discontinuation, out-of-stock items, or discontinued items.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the actual delivery of the product is later than the stated delivery date.
If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance by phone or inquiry.

3. Reception date

All submitted data will be checked by our expert staff.
If a problem is found with the printing process, our staff will stop the process, report the problem to the customer, and provide instructions on how to fix it.
Generally, you will be required to correct any problems and submit the data again, but if the data is submitted the following day, then the data will be considered as the acceptance date.
It is important that you check your data before submitting it.
Please note that orders and data submissions received on Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and on our store's closed days will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping companies are typically very busy in December. Please also note that delays may occur due to weather conditions such as snow and typhoons.

■Shipping Notice

Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a "Item Shipment Completion Email." If you have not received your item, please contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided in the email.

4. Payment Methods

■ Bank transfer

After placing your order, please transfer the payment.
For bank transfers, your order will be considered official once we have confirmed the payment. After confirming the payment, we will begin arranging the product.
After making the transfer, if you can send us a copy of your payment by fax or email, the time it takes to confirm your payment will be reduced.
Please note that transfer fees will be borne by the customer.
Payments are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

■Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is only available for products that have the COD OK mark.
Cash on delivery fees will be borne by the customer.
If the total amount exceeds 300,000 yen (including shipping), we cannot ship by cash on delivery, so in that case we can only accept bank transfer (advance payment).
We only accept cash payments. Please pay the delivery person when you receive the item.

*We cannot accept refusals to accept products shipped via cash on delivery.
*Cash on delivery is not available for orders over 300,000 yen.
*Additional charges may apply for remote islands and some areas.

  • If an error occurs during credit card payment, we will stop shipping and contact you by email. In that case, we may not be able to meet your specified delivery date and time.
  • Regarding receipts, the statement of charges issued by each credit card company will be considered the official receipt. If you require a separate receipt, please request this in the comments section at the time of purchase.
  • Because we use electronic payment, we do not issue credit card receipts for security reasons.

6. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed, cancellations due to customer reasons cannot be accepted. In the case of an exchange, we will only exchange the same product if the product is defective upon receipt.
