■Delivery time
Delivery times vary by product.
Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page, so please refer to those. Please note that the dates listed are only estimates.
Delivery times may be delayed due to stock shortages, shipping delays, and other reasons. In addition, we may not be able to arrange delivery of products due to discontinuation of sales, shortages, or discontinuation.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges even if the actual delivery of the product is later than the listed delivery time.

■About completion of reception
The date on which your submission data and payment have been confirmed will be the date of completion.
■About submission
Orders received by 3:00 p.m. will be treated as submitted on the same day, and orders received after that will be treated as submitted the next day.
If the order needs to be resubmitted due to incomplete data, the order may not be considered complete and the shipping date may change.
All submitted data will be checked by specialized staff. If there are any problems with the printing process, the staff will stop the process, report the problem to the customer, and provide instructions on how to correct it. In principle, the customer will be asked to correct the problem and submit the data again, but if the data is submitted the following day, that will be the acceptance date. Please be sure to check the data before submitting it.
■Business days
The first business day is the business day following the day of receipt.
This is the day on which our company is open for business. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are not counted as days on which we are closed.
■About express charges
If you are in a hurry, please use the express rate. We will shorten the shipping date by one day for a 10% surcharge on the regular rate. *Please contact us in advance.
