We offer three ways to order:

• Ready-made products — Our ready-to-purchase lineup. This includes tabletop displays, floor displays, A-frame displays, hanging displays, catalog stands, life-size displays, and collection boxes.
• Semi-custom orders — We print your design onto the shape of a ready-made product.
• Fully custom orders — We can consult with you from the design of the shape. We create everything from scratch according to your requests, such as "I want a size that fits this sales floor" or "I want a shelf that can hold this product."

We handle design, printing, and manufacturing all in-house, so you can leave everything to us, including consultations on the shape.

Yes, you can order from a single unit. While we can accommodate small orders, the unit price per item decreases with larger quantities. Feel free to contact us for an estimate based on different quantities, even if you don't have an exact required number yet.

Yes, you can request a design from us. Our professional designers will create a design that fits the shape of your fixture. If you provide us with materials such as logos and product photos, and reference materials that are close to your desired image, we can offer a proposal that better matches your preferences. Please let us know that you would like to "request a design" when you inquire.

Please submit your data as print-ready data (data that does not require correction and can be printed as-is), created using Illustrator, Photoshop, or InDesign. Please create your data according to our templates. Additionally, it is mandatory to attach a screenshot (capture) that shows the final image.

The most common deficiencies in submitted data are as follows. Please check before submitting:

• Color mode is RGB
• Insufficient resolution [To be confirmed: Recommended resolution]
• Text is not outlined
• Missing embedded images or broken links
• Insufficient bleed (Do not place designs that need to be shown within the bleed area)

Whether a bleed is required depends on the product. For details, please refer to the page "About Data Submission."

There are three ways to submit your data: Web Submission — Available after logging into My Page (up to 10MB) Email Submission — To info@kamiseijuki.com. Please be aware of your provider's capacity limits. Media Submission — CD-R, DVD, MO, etc., sent by mail. The deadline for acceptance is 3 PM. Data arriving after 3 PM will be processed on the next business day. Additionally, orders and submissions received on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and store holidays will be processed on the next business day. If you are in a hurry, you can use the priority check option (700 yen).

Yes, we accept requests for white samples and color proofs (both incur additional charges). White samples are actual assembled products without printing. Since all design is done in-house, you can check the shape, size, and strength in advance. This is recommended for custom-made displays or when the products to be displayed have been decided. We will provide a quote for the cost. Color proofs allow you to check the product printed on the actual paper with the actual ink. Two A3-sized sheets (one reduced version of the whole and one actual-size version of a part) cost 10,000 yen (excluding tax and shipping). This is recommended when you need to precisely match colors. If you wish to request these, please let us know during your inquiry or consultation. Please note that additional time will be required for samples and proofs, so we appreciate it if you can consult us with sufficient lead time.

We design the structure and thickness for each product. Please let us know the weight and size of the product you would like to display, and we will propose suitable fixtures.
